Volume estimate: 200,000 words per year
Turnaround requirements: Standard (5 business days) and urgent (48 hours)
Evaluation criteria:
- Price (40%)
- Quality of sample translations (35%)
- Experience with human rights documentation (15%)
- Availability and responsiveness (10%)
