ANGOS is pleased to release its Annual Human Rights Report for 2025. This year\'s report covers documented violations across 6 countries in the MENA region and includes detailed case studies, analysis, and policy recommendations.

Key findings include:
- 127 documented cases of human rights violations
- 34 cases of arbitrary detention
- 23 cases involving freedom of expression violations
- Significant restrictions on civil society organizations
- Ongoing challenges for women human rights defenders

The report recommends that governments:
1. Release all political prisoners immediately
2. Repeal laws criminalizing peaceful dissent
3. Guarantee independent monitoring by civil society
4. Establish independent national human rights institutions
